  • Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If your insoles arrive damaged or lose their physical integrity and characteristics during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
  • Exclusions:

    • Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic issues or surface wear that does not affect the functional performance of the insole.
    • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or alterations.
    • Insoles purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Multiple Same-Item Orders:


For orders involving multiple identical items, we recognize the need for flexibility. Each case will be considered individually to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.


Return and Replacement Process


  • Returns of Trimmed Insoles: We accept returns of insoles that have been trimmed, provided they are returned within the warranty period and exhibit defects covered under this warranty.
