So I want to say initially when I started wearing the soles, they would hurt being that my feet are flat and I have absolutely no arch, but over the course of a week of wearing these bad boys I didn’t feel it anymore and it felt like having my feet felt good.

Bought a 2nd pair after wearing the 1st pair for 2 weeks. Immediate relief for my metalsarga. These are nicely made with some extra cushioning on the underside and a deep heal cup. I would say they are more of a medium strength arch support as they do compress more easily than a professional strength orthotic, but of course these cost a fraction of the price of custom orthotics. They do feel good and are supportive. At the highest weight recommendation, I would say you were pushing the compressive strength of these.
These are excellent arch supports. Easy to use, cut to length and place in shoe. Great for flat feet. I like the sleek design, supportive I the right places and soft on the arch and heel for comfort.

Excellent insoles with arch support, today I received them and tried them immediately, it is a great relief for the feet. I immediately felt the difference when walking, they will be very helpful for me since I suffer a lot from my feet due to my diabetes, but with these insoles I felt a great difference when walking.
I use a few arch support from different brands. This CRUVHEAL is comfortable, quality is good and it has a paper template to help guide the trimming of the insoles, the template is not essential but is a nice touch as I don't get this from other brands I have ordered. The sizing measurement is accurate, true to size. The price is also very reasonable, it is $10 cheaper than my other ones.

I bought it for my red wing boots, and now I work more comfortable and I feel less pain and tiredness in my legs and back.
My husband has a heel issue and hasn't been into the doctor to see what is going on. I gave him these to put in his shoes and they have helped a lot. He doesn't feel as sensitive on his heel, and is able to walk without as much pain. He sees the doctor this week, but will keep these in his shoes because they help so much.
