We recommend (in most cases) that you remove the insoles from your shoes and replace them with CRUVHEAL orthotics. Most shoes compatible with orthotics have removable footbeds that allow your custom foot orthotics to fit inside comfortably.
Other insoles should be replaced every six months or so. Replace CRUVHEAL insoles if they appear to break down or no longer offer the support they once provided.
Do not immerse your insoles in the water! Spot-clean them with a mild detergent and let them air dry.
Insoles are essential for providing pain relief for foot, ankle, and leg issues, while also offering numerous benefits by aligning feet into a healthy position during standing, running, and walking. They significantly enhance comfort in everyday life, and we guarantee it! If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back.
When selecting insoles or orthotics, it is important to consider factors such as your foot type, shoe type, and any current pain or discomfort you may be experiencing. Additionally, our products come with detailed descriptions that provide specific information about their features and benefits. This allows you to make an informed decision and choose the right insole or orthotic that addresses your unique needs.
It is always recommended to break in insoles, especially those designed for high and medium arches. During the first 3-7 days, it is normal to experience foot pressure as your feet adjust to the arch support. To ensure a comfortable transition, it is suggested to start with 2-5 hours of wear per day and gradually increase the time each day until the 7-day mark. The insole applies pressure to support and correct the foot, which may cause some redness of the skin. It is important to regularly check your feet for any blistering or skin breakdown.
1. You may be uncomfortable wearing insoles for long periods. So, we suggest you starting with two to three hours a day. Then, gradually increase the wearing time until you feel comfortable before wearing them all day.
2. If, after one week, you still feel uncomfortable, your insole’s arch support is probably too high for your foot. Insoles should be comfortable. Contact us — we will provide a full refund or suggest another model (even if you have trimmed the insoles).
Possible causes for squeaking or unwanted noise:
1. Friction occurs between the hard TPU and shoe material. Try the insoles in another pair of shoes/sneakers or add an interlayer (e.g. a napkin).
2. Try lacing your shoes tighter.
3. You can also solve this problem using foot, talcum, or baby powder. First, remove the orthotic insert from your shoe. Then, wipe off your insert and shoe lining with a slightly damp washcloth. Sprinkle the powder inside your shoe and rub it in, massaging the powder into your shoe. Focus on where your orthotic’s hard plastic touches your shoe’s nylon or leather. This contact creates friction and is the most likely reason for the noise. Place the orthotic insert back into your shoe carefully to position it correctly. Then, put your shoe on and take a few minutes to walk around on it. Hopefully, the squeaking has ceased!
4. If these solutions don't help, you may have received a pair of defective insoles (it's rare but possible). Contact us, and we’ll provide you with a refund or send you a new product.
You will feel it after the first week if you wear the insoles regularly. But we strongly recommend starting with two to three hours daily to get your feet used to arch support. Then increase the time every day.
The insoles are designed to fit most loose-fitting shoes, providing comfort and support. However, they are not suitable for dress shoes or shoes with high heels. It is important to choose shoes with enough room to accommodate the insoles properly for optimal fit and performance.
Using CRUVHEAL insoles can have a positive effect on your feet and overall health. By absorbing much of the stress and pressure from walking and strenuous activities, they help reduce the strain on your feet. Arch support improves blood circulation, providing additional support to each foot arch. The inserts help stabilize blood pressure caused by obesity. Ultimately, using insoles can contribute to greater comfort, better foot health, and potentially improved management of blood pressure.
