TRIM THE INSOLES TO FIT

Select the insole that best corresponds to your foot size.
It will likely fit perfectly in your shoe. Follow these 4 simple
steps to trim the insole if necessary

Step 1

Remove

Remove the shoe’s existing liner.Removing the liner will create plenty of room for your foot. You will need to leave the manufacturer's shoe liner in the shoe and wear it with the insole if you cannot remove it.

Step 2

line up & Trace

Use the liner you have removed from the shoe as a pattern. Line up the liner’s heel’s edge with the insole’s heel’s edge. Next, align the inside edges of the liner and insole. Then trace the outline of the liner onto the insole with a pen or marker.

Step 3

Trim

Trim the insole along the line you have drawn. Trim just outside the line to ensure it will not be too short. It is better to trim less and risk needing to take more off later to ensure you do not make the insole too short.

Step 4

insert & test

Place the insole in your shoe while ensuring it fits flat into the shoe and does not buckle or bubble. If it is still too long, remove the insole and trim a little more off the end. Repeat this process until it fits perfectly.
